To qualify for the resident rate rental, the renter must be from the City of Rose City, Cumming, Hill, Klacking, or Rose Townships. Driver’s license, voter registration, or property tax roll will be used to verify residency.
Rent is due thirty (30) days before the event. Along with a completed RCACC Hall Rental Agreement.
Tables and chairs are to stay in building.
